9. Notification of Changes

The update date is used to alert you to recent modifications. In addition if LRGProductions Apps makes any material changes to these Terms, you will be sent a notification describing such changes to the email address where your magazines are delivered. If you do not wish to accept the changed Terms, you may immediately cancel your LRGProductions Apps subscriptions. Your access or use of the LRGProductions Service subsequent to such an update or email notification will signify your assent to be bound by such changes.
10. Print Subscriptions
LRGProductions Apps acts as a sales agent for the publishers of the magazines, products and services featured on the Website. By submitting an order, you are making an offer to the publisher to order or subscribe or buy that magazine, product or service. The publisher may accept or reject your offer in its entire discretion. LRGProductions Apps will supply the contact information, order and payment details you provide on your completed order form to the publisher of the magazine, product or service you wish to order. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be done by LRGProductions by e-mail but is not confirmation that your offer to subscribe or buy has been accepted by the publisher. The publisher or its fulfillment agent will subsequently contact you by post or e-mail to confirm or refuse your order, in most cases within 4 weeks of placing your order on the Website. If you do not receive any such confirmation please contact LRGProductions at http://LRGProductions.blogspot.com/
No contractual obligations will arise until your offer to subscribe or buy is confirmed to you by the publisher. Any contract that may arise is between you and the publisher of the relevant magazine, product or service and http://LRGProductions.blogspot.com/ is not a party to that contract. http://LRGProductions.blogspot.com/ does not itself publish or distribute the magazines, products or services promoted on the Website.
At the same time as passing your order to the publisher, http://LRGProductions.blogspot.com/ will notify the publisher of your choice of payment method and your payment details. If you choose to pay by direct debit, the contract will be between you and the relevant publisher and direct debit terms will be confirmed by the publisher directly to you. http://LRGProductions.blogspot.com/ is not party to that contract If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, payment will be taken securely through the Website and only the appropriate monies will then passed onto the relevant publisher. All credit or debit card information you provide is encrypted using the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, ensuring your credit or debit card details are safe and secure. The Website also meets the requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) which was created to ensure organisations that process card payments prevent fraud.
After your subscription has been set up by the publisher, the publisher will deliver or arrange for delivery of your magazine, product or service as soon as practicable. For printed magazines this is generally within 6 to 8 weeks. http://LRGProductions.blogspot.com/has no control over delivery and has no access to any information relating to your delivery. Any problems with delivery should be notified to the publisher. If you are concerned about delivery in any way and have not been able to get a satisfactory response from the publisher then please do contact http://LRGProductions.blogspot.com/We will use reasonable efforts to make sure that your concerns are dealt with. 11. Online Transactions
Online transactions including credit card transactions on http://LRG Productions.blogspot.com/ are secured using the SSL encryption method. This is to provide immense security and protection to our customers. We also accept credit card payments via Paypal, a credit card processing service people all around the world know and trust. We do not store or hold client credit/debit card information.

12. Refund Policy
PRINT - If for any reason you are not satisfied with your magazine purchase, please contact the appropriate subscription service provider. In most cases, the magazine subscription can be refunded for any remaining issues. The service provider can also update your address or help with any other concerns you may have.
DIGITAL - Digital Purchases from the LRG Productions Apps store are non-returnable and non-refundable after purchase. While every attempt is made to ensure you have the full enjoyment of your purchase, all refund requests are subject to LRG Productions Apps approval and could be denied at any time.
Gift Certificates - Gift certificates cannot be returned for a monetary refund, but can be transferred or converted into LRG Productions Apps points at the standard rate.
